SHL NEAT CUTTING OIL is formulated with specially selected mineral oils and contain Extreme Pressure (EP) additives. SHL HONING 7P has been developed for honing process with synthetic lubricating oil in special oils with good oxidation stability. As an inert, highly soluble processing oil with good machinability for ductile and weak metals as well as high tensile strength, the machining surface illumination is very subtle.
Properties:
- Superior workability ,keep the stable emulsion state, no residue less burden on packaging and post–treatment process, has excellent cooling and workability.
- Excellent wettability with good lubricity due to penetration of the emulsion between workpiece and tool, ability to maintain dimensional accuracy (heat Dissipation).
- Work environment, minimizes the odor and dermatitis and effects for improving working environment
Application: suitable as non – ferrous honing oil with excellent lubricity and extreme pressure.
Storage: Store at appropriate temperature, in a dry place to avoid exposure to air. Refer to MSDS and TDS for more details.
