SHL DRAW 150HA is formulated with base oil and additives imported from Korea. Suitable for deep drawing and bending of alloy steel, stainless steel, and high carbon steel. The product is supplemented with special lubricant and extreme pressure additives with low mold fusion and good cleanability. Does not contain any toxic ingredients to help protect the environment and the health of machine operators.
Properties:
- Using high-grade ester, it has low friction coefficient and excellent friction reduction effect, and the phenomenon of material fusion with mold is less.
- Provides rapid cooling thanks to excellent cooling performance to protect and extend mold life.
- Outstanding machining performance even in extreme high-pressure machining environments
- Outstanding cleaning performance results in less oil residue and oil streaks/stains due to oil residue.
