As a high purity petroleum-based mineral oil, SHL Thermal Series is a heat transfer oil maintaining thermostability at both low and high temperatures. Heat transfer oil lasts for long durations due to its high flash po int, high purity base oil, system cleanliness, and superior additives. It has superior thermal conduction, low evaporation power, low temperature liquidity, and superior corrosion inhibition. It is an optimized product which is possible to use in textile, chemical, cement, timber factories by using heat transfer oils which can be used at a maximum temperature of 290 degrees.
As a synthetic heat transfer oil, the SHL SYN Therm Series consists of heat transfer oil used with multiple direct and indirect heating apparatuses. Heat transfer oil lasts for long durations due to cleanliness and superior additives. It prolongs the life span of the facility , because it has superior oxidation stability, superior thermostability, does not create hydrocarbon deposits and sludge, and does not cause metal corrosion. Because of its high spontaneous combustion point, it is not flammable, and due to its superior thermal stability in high temperatures, it has a wide operating temperature range. In addition, it has a superior solvency for oxidation products, and low temperature liquidity to enable a test run during the winter. As a heat transfer oil which can be used at a maximum temperature of 320 degrees, it is an optimized product which is possible to use in textile chemical, cement, timber factories.
